Dunoon is on the Clyde north of Glasgow Scotland. I'm traveling there Friday coming back Sunday. I hope to get loads of martial arts action shots and very many local situation shots. I can't wait.
Thank you for reading my posts. Please visit my website, comment and leave feedback if you wish.

Cool, be sure to upload a few here (and try to get some model releases ; )
Have fun...
Ha ha you get to see all my photo's..............(some of my better ones and probably some of my worst too). I'm a bit slow, what model releases do I really need? a simple one I can copy and do I & how to get people to sign. Suggestions please.
I did a Tesco TV ad a few years ago, (I lost weight) they said they would pay my expenses if I appeared in the ad, I said ok and did it. I lost a days money from work which surprise surprise they would not pay....so I would not sign the release form until they did......they did :)
I use this model release from iStock. If you use it for another agency, just use Photoshop to remove all traces of iStock from it. As for asking people to sign releases, I generally do that before I even start shooting and it is normally a predetermined shoot.
If you have the b*lls to stop and shoot people in the street, just be honest, explain what the shots will be used for and take their details promising to send on any clippings, web addresses etc where the shot gets used if at all.
You could even offer them a disk of images for free or a nice cup of coffee or something...good luck with that, I don't have the b*lls
P.s. Congrats re the Tesco ad...sounds like fun!
I've put a release form on my work in progress album, I'm hoping it is ok?
Just got back from Newton Abbot Devon England. What weather....!! I took 200 photos of the most stunning landscapes.... I could not capture the beauty of the scenes. I've got to get into Photoshop and learn.......
Can't wait to see them....
Nothing spectacular I'm afraid, marsh lands of Devon. I did not put them up because most of them just did not pop out as being special.
I'm not sure how this works but here goes.....................??
very good...! It takes some trial and error...but please share whatever you have, I love your photographs.
That's very kind of you to say. Trial and error is right, this blog is not quite the same as ones I'm used to but thank you for the comment. I'm still finding my way around the site.
