ATP Members Affiliate Program T's & C's
1. Introduction
Welcome to the ATP Members Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
2. Prohibited Practices
- No Spamming: Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited emails to promote ATP Members.
- No Illegal Practices: Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, is strictly prohibited.
- No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent ATP Members, its courses, content, or any other aspect of the website. This includes providing false facts, figures, or promises to encourage memberships.
- No False Advertising: Affiliates must not make false claims or promises about the benefits, features, or outcomes of using ATP Members' services.
3. Ethical Conduct
Affiliates are expected to act with integrity and professionalism at all times. Any behaviour that damages the reputation of ATP Members or deceives potential customers will not be tolerated.
4. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing and promotional activities. Please read the Advertising Standards Authority UK guidelines and also check their downloadable PDF. Affiliates from the USA and Canada, please read these affiliate guidelines for your Countries. Anyone becoming an affiliate from the rest of the world, please research applicable laws in your own country. Thank you.
5. Termination and Withholding of Earnings
- Termination: ATP Members reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's status if they consistently break any of the terms and conditions.
- Withholding Earnings: If an affiliate is found to have violated these terms, ATP Members reserves the right to withhold any outstanding commission payments.
- Review of Earnings: All earnings will be held back for review if an affiliate's conduct is under investigation. Payments will only be released if the affiliate is found to be in compliance with these terms.
- Termination of membership: Should an affiliates' membership at ATP Members be terminated, by either party, the participation in the affiliate program also terminates. All outstanding commission earnings will be paid immediately. Affiliate status is only available to active members of ATP Members.
6. Modifications
ATP Members reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
